Registration

Conference Fee

The registration fees for the conference are as follows:

	until	after
	15th June	15th June
Regular	EUR 360,-	EUR 450,-
Students	EUR 180,-	EUR 230,-
Accompanying person	EUR 100,-	EUR 120,-

The fees do NOT include accommodation! Please make your accommodation reservation separately.

Students have to submit a valid student's identity card to the conference office by email.

The easiest way to pay for non-European participants is by credit card.
Complete this Credit Card Payment Form, fax or mail it to us, and the appropriate amount in your currency will be deducted from your credit card account at the exchange rate current on that day. It will appear on your statement as IISC-19.

Please note:

• -The total fee has to be transferred without deductions due to bank charges
• The registration is only valid upon receipt of the full fee by IPP
• No payment of the fee is possible at the conference site
• In case of CANCELATION
  after 17 August '12: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded
  after 3 September '12: no refunding will take place

The regular conference registration fee includes:

• Scientific program
• Book of Abstracts
• Welcome reception
• Coffee breaks
• Conference excursion
• Conference dinner
• Proceedings

The student registration fee does NOT include the proceedings.

The fee for accompanying persons covers the conference excursion and the conference dinner.
