Abstract submission deadline: 13 February 2017

Poster Sessions

poster session 1, Tue, 9 May (download pdf)

poster session 2, Wed, 10 May (download pdf)

Poster Format

The poster boards have a width of 118 cm and a height of 148 cm. Consequently, posters in the European A0-format (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm) are preferably arranged in portrait format. A0 landscape format is possible as well but covers exactly the full width of the poster wall. The organisers provide fasteners for the posters. You will find your poster number attached to the poster board. Participants are encouraged to display their posters already in the morning of the day of the relevant poster session.

Orals

Slots of 30 minutes (25+5) and 20 min (15+5) will be allotted.

The meeting room is equipped with a Windows PC. Supported presentation formats are Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF. Although a variety of standard video codecs are supported, speakers are strongly advised to provide video files separately and not only embedded in the presentation.

Speakers are requested to upload and test their presentation material 1 day prior to the scheduled presentation on the conference computer system. To upload, please contact the conference staff at the information desk.

Presentations scheduled for Monday, May 8th, need to be tested and uploaded on Friday, May 5th. Please sent the material via email to the LOC for upload (iaeatm2017@ipp.mpg.de).

  • Reviewing takes place under the overall rules of the respective journal.
  • The editing of this special issue is typically supervised by a guest editor, who is elected from the IPAC of the meeting.
