Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please send possible changes to registrations and cancellations by email to iaeatm2017ipp.mpg.de (Please type the address into your e-mail client, copy-pasting will not work). Don’t forget to indicate your name and the reference number of the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form.
All changes will be confirmed by email.
No refunds can be made for the cancellations received after 31 March 2017 or in the case of not participating. However, note that there is no extra fee if a delegate’s registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.Registration desk
On Monday, the registration desk is open from 7:45 am until the end of the scientific programme. You will find it in front of the seminar rooms in IPP, Wendelsteinstr. 1, D-17491 Greifswald.
From Tuesday to Friday the registration desk opens at 8:30 am.
