The group prepares forward-looking schedules and financial plans and records progress using an MS Project-based integrated planning tool.

In addition, the internal processes at W7-X are monitored and analysed, processes are organized and optimized and controlling tools are developed to suit the situation.

Regular reporting is provided to the management boards, and corrective measures are developed and coordinated in the event of deviations from the plan.
