Oral Presentations

All types of oral presentations are invited to present their topics also as posters in the poster sessions. The wednesday morning presentations can be  presented in the thursday poster session.

There will be three types of oral presentations with a total length of:

  • 40 min for Reviews
  • 30 min for Invited talks
  • 20 min for Orals

For all of these the total lenght includes also 5 minutes for discussion.

 

 

Poster Presentations

Poster board size will be 118.5 cm width and 147 cm height.

Poster attachment will be provided by the local organizers. This will be magnets or pins. 

You can find your poster number on Indico under “My contributions” in the title. The first number is your poster session, i.e. poster x.yy is poster number yy in poster session x.

All other posters including their abstracts can be accessed via the respective poster session in the Timetable on Indico.

 

Poster Presentation and Registration Policy  

A poster may be presented by a co-author in place of the lead author.

Each accepted contribution requires a separate full registration. One registered participant may not present multiple accepted contributions under a single registration.

Manuscript Submission Procedure (deadline 19-June-2026)

The submission website for the PSI-27 Special Edition of JNME is identical to the journal’s default submission website:

Important: Authors submitting to the PSI-27 Special Edition must select either “VSI: PSI-27 Proceedings_Research Articles” or, for manuscripts connected to review presentations, “VSI: PSI-27 Proceedings_Review Articles” when they reach the “Article Type” selection step in the submission process.

 

Publication Charges

Manuscripts submitted to the PSI-27 Special Edition of Nuclear Materials and Energy are subject to the journal’s standard Open Access publication charges (APCs). No reduced rates for conference proceedings apply. Authors are encouraged to verify whether institutional or national agreements with Elsevier provide APC coverage or discounted conditions.

 

Manuscript Length

There is no formal page limit. However, authors are expected to ensure that the scope and length of the submitted manuscript are consistent with the scope and level of detail of the corresponding conference presentation or poster. The editors reserve the right to recommend reductions in length where a manuscript is deemed disproportionate in scope.
