During a guided tour of the famous Liberation Hall, you will learn the background to the impressive building on the Michelsberg near Kelheim, which is intended to remind future generations of the wars of liberation against Napoleon in the early 19th century. The roof of the monument offers a unique panoramic view of the ducal town of Kelheim and the Danube and Altmühl river valleys.
