Booking conditions

Bookings:
For all vacation objects the normal booking is always made from Friday to Friday.
 

Cancellation:
In case of a cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental fee will become due. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the trip, the loss of rental must be paid in the amount of the rental price. If the member is not responsible for the cancellation or if a substitute renter can be found, he does not have to reimburse the loss of the rental fee.

Booking Preference for Regular Members:
By offering an earlier registration period for regular members, they will have an advantage in making reservations for the holiday times:
Registration deadline for the Christmas, spring and Easter holidays is July 15 (each year).
Registration deadline for Pentecost and summer vacations is always January 15….

Short-term bookings:
A booking for the weekend only (two nights or only one day/daily bookings) can only be made if there is no normal weekly booking. For this reason, a (fixed) booking can only be made by the Social Services Department on the Wednesday prior to the day of the planned arrival.
An exception is made for weekend bookings for family celebrations. In this case, a firm commitment is made earlier.
In case of cancellation of a weekend booking (two days or daily booking (by the day) by the tenant, 30% of the rental fees are due, unless a replacement tenant can be found.
Vacation homes that include a final cleaning must be left by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
You can move into these vacation properties after 3:00 pm.

Energy surcharge:
An energy charge is due in each property to adjust energy prices. This is variable and depends on the respective market situation.
 

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the vacation apartments.
 

Pets:
On request.
 

House rules:
The house rules in the respective vacation properties must be observed.

1) Previous price lists lose their validity. The prices are valid only for members. Guests pay a guest surcharge. Spouses or partners and their children up to the age of 25 are also considered members.
2) The discount for children is valid from the age of 3 until the age of 14. Children under 3 years of age are free of charge. The deduction from the member price always applies.
