Pascal Struth is Lead Recruiter for Technology at PowerCo SE since January 2023. At PowerCo he is responsible for all hires connected to battery cell development – this includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. After completing a dual degree in Industrial Management in 2013, he joined the recruiting department of an automotive service provider. Here, the focus was primarily on technical profiles from the automotive sector. In 2017, he moved to Tesla Automation, a Tesla subsidiary with a focus on automation solutions. After a stint in the recruiting team of a retailer with a focus on strategy recruiting, Pascal re-joined Tesla in the Gigafactory in Berlin. There, he was primarily responsible for hiring technical and managerial staff from battery cell development and manufacturing. In 2020, Pascal additionally completed a part-time Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
