Markus Leffin joined the EMEA Employer Branding & Early Talent unit in April 2023. He started his career at Bayer in 2006 with a commercial apprenticeship. Following his apprenticeship, he gained experience in recruiting at Bayer until he left the company for full-time studies. After completing his studies and brief stints at external companies, he returned to Bayer in June 2017. Since then, he has held various positions in Talent Acquisition, HR Project Management and as HR Business Partner.
