Jessica Kreuzer, founder of Gehalt Offensive, played in the German Women’s Bundesliga at the age of 19. After completing her Master’s degree in Economics, she took on leadership responsibility in an international corporation — in controlling, recruiting, sales, and corporate development. For over 10 years, she led large teams and conducted numerous salary negotiations from both sides of the table. Today, she works as a salary negotiation expert and collaborates with more than 20 universities across the DACH region.
