IPP at Garching supports personnel in their efforts to reconcile profession and family by providing the family service for both institute sites.

 

Family service – provision of child minding and care services

Since July 2015 the Max Planck Society have been cooperating with pme family service in child minding and eldercare to reconcile the claims of professional and private life.

pme’s services range from the arrangement of individual care solutions to crisis consulting and the provision of places at childcare and educational establishments. Under the umbrella of the “pme Akademie”, a wide range of seminars and training events are provided, most of which can be attended free-of-charge.
