All payments (registration fee, dinner, fees for accompanying persons) should be made in advance in Euros (EUR, €) within two weeks after the registration.
Bank transfer to the conference account when possible.
Please use “ISHW2015”, last name and the participant’s reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration. Online registration will close on 20 September 2015.
Please note that all payments should be made free of bank charges. Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Confirmation of registration and payment
When registering online, you will receive an instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. We will confirm the participation upon receiving the payment. Note that participation confirmation letters cannot be sent before all payments have been received.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please send possible changes to registrations and cancellations by email to ishw2015ipp.mpg.de (Please type the address into your e-mail client, copy-pasting will not work). Don’t forget to indicate your name and the reference number of the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form. All changes will be confirmed by email.
If a cancellation is received by 30 June 2015 the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of 50 €. No refunds can be made for the cancellations received after 30 June 2015 or in the case of not participating. However, note that there is no extra fee if a delegate’s registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
