In this quantum computing lecture the definition of Qubits is given and which basic operations are done and useful on single Qubits. This leads to 2 Qubit logical gates and the implementation of the simplest quantum algorithms. Quantum error definition and the methodology of error correction conclude the algorithmic part of the talk. The quality and the benchmark of quantum computers is discussed in the second part of the lecture.
